Client Service Representatives
Our Client Service Representatives serve as the first point of contact for clients entering or calling our hospital. They maintain the highest level of professionalism, and are a well-respected, pivotal part of our team. They serve as a liaison between the clients and the medical staff and are able to provide excellent service, knowledge and comfort to pet owners at all times. Prior veterinary experience is not required for this position, but excellent multi-tasking, communication and people skills are a must. Our client services team members enjoy the challenges of the position and the deeply rewarding opportunity to assist those in need.
The hours for this position rotate, therefore candidates must have a flexible schedule. This is a full-time position working five 8 hour days per week. Licensed Veterinary Technicians
We rely on our outstanding technician staff for support in many areas of the practice. Our technicians are trained to assess the status of hospitalized patients, provide daily treatments and fluid therapy plans, maintain patient records, perform a large array of laboratory tests, draw blood samples, place intravenous catheters, administer and monitor anesthesia, perform dental cleanings, take radiographs, prepare animals for surgical procedures, assist with surgeries, maintain surgical equipment, and assist doctors with appointments.
Working at CVH will provide the enthusiastic, motivated licensed veterinary technician a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in a positive team-oriented environment. Candidates must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and must work well with other people. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to keep a positive attitude in high volume or stressful situations. They must also strive to further their knowledge, skills, and education.
